| All orders are shipped same or next business day depending on time of day order is placed. At checkout you will have the option of choosing the shipping method that best fits your time and budget. I have noticed when building this site that most online BMX shops use the dollar amount of your order to determine your shipping cost. Though this method is simple to implement and very profitable for the shop it is not so fair for you the customer. Our site ties directly into USPS and FedEx. Shipping is calculated by actual cost that is determined by weight and size of items not price. We do not make a profit on shipping! So you will not have to pay double for shipping a $50.00 chain over a $10.00 chain just because it cost more. If it weighs the same it ships for the same price. We may ship orders or parts of orders direct from the manufacturer to save on shipping time and cost. There may be a time when items becomes out of stock even though it shows in stock on the site, this can be caused by items selling simultaneously in our retail store, or items being loaded on our vending trailer and taken to an event without first being taken out of shippable inventory. If this happens we will attempt to have your order shipped directly from our supplier, and if item is on back order we will notify you asap to see if there is a replacement item that will work for you, if not your credit card will not be charged. All orders are shipped with tracking and tracking information is emailed to you as soon as items are shipped. We are using an industry first state of the art order tracking system.
